Vice President, Asset & Portfolio Analytics

Oversight of closed-end, value-add industrial funds and separate accounts, including performance monitoring against pro forma, internal business plans, and NCREIF benchmarks. Collaborate with Acquisitions on new investments, develop annual business strategies, and formulate investment plans alongside capital budgets. Supervise creation of investor reporting materials such as pitchbooks, quarterly letters, and annual meeting presentations. Manage leverage strategies with Debt Capital Markets, oversee external valuations and third-party appraisals, and ensure compliance with operating agreements. Lead hold/sell analyses, capital improvement projects, and mentor junior staff. Represent the firm at industry events and network with brokers, competitors, and limited partners.
