Job Summary
Lead asset management for QuadReal’s US Industrial portfolio by developing and executing asset-level strategies across leasing, capital improvements, budgeting, risk management, and hold/sell analysis to maximize portfolio returns. Drive leasing strategy and tenant negotiations to optimize occupancy and NOI; coach and develop a team of asset management professionals; oversee performance analytics, budgeting, and investor reporting; manage third-party property management performance and lender relationships; oversee due diligence for acquisitions and dispositions; build relationships with brokers, tenants, lenders, and capital partners; travel to assets across geographies; apply advanced financial modeling with Excel, Argus, and Yardi; present complex information to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related discipline; MBA or advanced degree ideal
- Minimum 8 years of institutional asset management experience; multi-market U.S. experience beneficial
- Proven ability to lead leasing negotiations from initial proposals to execution
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Argus, and Yardi; strong Microsoft Office skills
