Job Summary
Lead the Digital Asset Lab initiatives by defining execution strategy for tokenization and other Digital Asset programs, evaluating blockchain protocols, building product operating models, and developing new applications/features in Aladdin; lead technical integrations and research new blockchain technologies. Requires a strong background in engineering, traditional finance, DeFi, blockchain tech, and Aladdin.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related field
- four years of experience in architecting and implementing enterprise technology applications; designing and developing blockchain solutions, including integrations; technical understanding of leading blockchain protocols; cryptography, encryption, automation; proficiency in Java, Python, and Solidity; experience with financial products including ETPs and tokenized funds; experience with FIX, SWIFT, and MQ; experience with microservices, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP); experience with Docker and Kubernetes; experience presenting and working with sales teams
