Job Summary
Lead the architecture, design, and support of enterprise-scale applications and integration platforms, defining technology modernization roadmaps aligned with corporate objectives. Establish architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and governance processes while driving adoption of cloud-native architectures, APIs, and event-driven solutions. Manage end-to-end application delivery across multiple workstreams, overseeing agile processes including backlog management, sprint planning, and release governance. Ensure adherence to SDLC, security, risk, and compliance requirements while designing scalable, resilient, and highly available multi-tier solutions. Build and mentor high-performing global engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence. Lead incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain platform stability and performance. Work onsite four days a week with standard business hours from 8am to 5pm.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 12+ years of technology experience
- 5+ years leading application development and engineering teams
- Proven experience managing enterprise application portfolios and large-scale technology programs
- Strong leadership experience managing global and distributed engineering teams
- Demonstrated success driving modernization and cloud transformation initiatives
- Onsite 4 days a week in office and one day remote
- Standard business hours aligned to project and stakeholder needs (8am to 5pm)
