Vice President and System Chief, Pediatric Cardiology

Job Summary
Oversee clinical operations and fulfill the academic and research missions of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology across Northwell Health's 28 hospitals. Lead Pediatric Cardiology Services by setting clinical strategy, developing guidelines, and improving quality while expanding subspecialty programs including advanced imaging, interventional catheterization, fetal echocardiography, electrophysiology, heart failure, and transplantation. Serve as a senior liaison between faculty and hospital administration, overseeing annual operating budgets to ensure targets are met. Collaborate with leadership to scale high-acuity programs across Long Island, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Staten Island, and Westchester. Maintain a faculty appointment at the Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell with clinical rank commensurate with experience.
Required Qualifications
- Nationally recognized clinical leader with a proven track record of mentorship, education, and academic research
- Extensive administrative experience building and scaling high-acuity pediatric programs in a complex health system
- Strong collaborative communication skills to partner across pediatric surgery, neonatology, and intensive care
- American Board of Pediatrics certified in Pediatric Cardiology
