Job Summary
Provide financial guidance and strategic partnership to the Developmental and Brain Injury Services leadership teams on fiscal objectives and business initiatives. Develop financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning while analyzing operational data to improve performance. Lead the annual budgeting process, ensure accurate loading of budgets into Adaptive Planning, and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with variance analysis. Manage the service line capital plan, oversee contract negotiations to maximize funding, and supervise staff on ad hoc projects as necessary. Review payroll expenses, flag variances, and implement cost control measures to optimize efficiency and revenue. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements while mitigating financial risks.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

- Minimum of 10 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and control
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate across departments
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
- Familiarity with general ledger systems
- Familiarity with budgeting and planning platforms
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
