Vice President; Analyst - Tech Delivery

Job Summary
Lead and contribute to delivery lifecycle activities for complex software projects: estimate work, run spikes/POCs to mitigate risk, develop code and unit tests, design architectures across data, application, and business domains, refine requirements, and tackle technical complexities. Build production-ready software for data warehousing with technologies including Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, SAS, Java, Informatica, and CI/CD; leverage Linux and scheduling tools like Autosys; create and evolve PoCs to handle higher traffic using Apache Spark, SAS, Informatica, and Teradata Cloud; develop Teradata SQL-based ETL and analytic workflows using BTEQ, TPT, and FastExport. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Engineering (any), or related
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation
- 5 years of designing and developing solution architectures to scale backend systems using Python, Java, Spring Boot and rest specifications
- 5 years of utilizing full stack engineering, Linux, coding, and debugging
- 5 years of designing and developing production ready software using web, cloud, and distributed technologies such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, Microservices, and CI/CD cloud deployment
- 5 years of designing and developing new proof of concept projects to enhance current software systems to handle increased traffic and larger datasets with cutting edge technologies such as Elasticsearch, Redis, and Kafka
