Vice President, AI Platform Lead

Job Summary
Build a strategic, AI-native platform spanning data integration, AI models, workflow orchestration, and data governance. Develop and deploy the firm's AI roadmap as the primary point of contact for evaluating and onboarding new capabilities. Design and enforce security controls, including SSO, device restrictions, and audit logging, while setting guardrails for sensitive data usage. Partner with all departments to identify opportunities where AI replaces manual work, resolving access friction through compliant workarounds. Serve as an internal trainer to help teams adopt AI tools effectively. Work full-time in the Uptown Dallas office with permanent US work authorization required.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT, data engineering, or applied AI/ML roles
- ideally with exposure to financial services or mortgage/real estate data
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM-based tools (Claude, OpenAI, etc.) into internal workflows
- Familiarity with enterprise security concepts: SSO/SAML, access provisioning, and data governance
- Ability to work full-time in Uptown Dallas office
- Permanent US work authorization
