Job Summary
Lead data product development at JPMorgan Chase's CDAO; define data product vision, register data products in firmwide catalog, develop metrics (OKRs/KPIs), synthesize insights for senior management, collaborate with Lines of Business to prioritize data products, ensure data products are discoverable via the Firmwide data catalog, and articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders while driving adoption of best practices in data governance and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data management, data engineering, artificial intelligence and machine learning domains.
- 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems with data-driven narratives.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a collaborative relationship.
- Strong ability to articulate business needs to technical teams and leadership.
