Job Summary
As Agility Lead in Consumer Community Banking Digital, drive adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices; mentor teams to deliver high-quality solutions through iterative development, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Lead the development of operational and transformation plans, prioritize tasks, manage resources, and facilitate effective communication to remove impediments and align with organizational goals. Apply expert guidance to shape product development processes, coach teams across multiple agile approaches, and enable timely delivery in a complex banking environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise coaching teams and individuals on agile methodologies and project management
- Advanced knowledge of product development lifecycle stages, methodologies, and best practices for guiding teams
- Advanced knowledge of agile delivery across Scrum, Kanban, XP, and scaling frameworks; ability to guide teams through complex projects
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and guide discussions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making
- Proficiency with delivery and productivity tools including Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence
- Experience coaching 4+ concurrent Agile teams and influencing cross-team stakeholders
- Formal training on Agile coaching or recognized coaching certifications
