Job Summary

Senior Acquisitions leadership role responsible for sourcing, underwriting, closing, and managing real estate investments across multiple sectors. Lead deal team on origination, underwriting support, and investment-committee materials. Conduct market research, develop and review sophisticated financial models in Excel and Argus, perform due diligence, prepare term sheets and investment materials, and manage data aggregation and market trends. Travel to source and execute transactions and maintain a robust pipeline. Collaborate with senior team on market targeting and portfolio strategy. Required: Bachelor's degree, 5–10 years of relevant experience, exceptional analytical and communication skills, knowledge of JV structures, preferred focus in real estate, finance, or accounting, and proficiency with Excel and Argus.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (preference for candidates concentrating in real estate, finance and/or accounting)
  • Approximately 5 to 10 years of related post-undergraduate experience preferred.
