Vice President

Vice President role on a partner-track, mid-senior level, within Access Holdings. Responsible for managing and driving investment-life-cycle activities including investment thesis generation, deal sourcing, deal execution, debt and equity capital raising, portfolio management, and eventual exit. Will build and maintain relationships with investors, bankers, portfolio company executives, investment targets, advisors, and limited partners, and will mentor analysts and associates. Responsibilities include leading financial modeling, investor presentations, due diligence frameworks across financial/legal/operational/IT/HR areas, coordinating deal execution, negotiating LOIs and purchase/credit agreements, preparing and presenting deal information to the investment committee, maintaining deal flow, conducting market and industry research, and supporting fundraising efforts and regulatory disclosures. Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills are essential, as is the ability to operate in a small, entrepreneurial team and to interact with senior management across portfolios.
