Job Summary
Lead the strategic growth of the Family Medicine research portfolio by identifying and pursuing external funding opportunities and scaling efforts from smaller awards to large, multi-million-dollar grants. Develop and expand Family Medicine clinical trials, including industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated projects, while identifying and mentoring Principal Investigators. Drive grant-writing initiatives and build sustainable research infrastructure in partnership with system research leaders. Integrate research and scholarship into Family Medicine education by mentoring faculty and residents and supporting residency program initiatives. Collaborate closely with residency programs, service line leadership, and system-wide research partners to advance the research portfolio.
