Job Summary
Lead the strategic growth of the Family Medicine research portfolio by identifying and pursuing external funding opportunities. Develop and expand clinical trials, including industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated projects, while mentoring Principal Investigators. Drive grant-writing efforts to scale from smaller awards to large, multi-million-dollar grants. Build sustainable research infrastructure in partnership with system leaders and integrate research into education by mentoring faculty and residents. Collaborate closely with residency programs, service line leadership, and system-wide research partners. This part-time role supports Northwell Health's mission to change healthcare for over two million people through breakthroughs at the Feinstein Institutes and training at the Zucker School of Medicine.
