Job Summary
Senior Financial Lines Underwriting Manager in Melbourne (VIC/TAS) leading a team of underwriters within QBE’s Financial Lines division. Responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance the portfolio, drive profitability, and strengthen broker and client relationships. Key duties include overseeing product development, underwriting guidelines, risk assessment, and pricing strategies; monitoring industry trends and regulatory changes; collaborating with actuarial, claims, and legal teams; and delivering a high-performance culture to support sustainable growth. Required Qualifications
