Job Summary
Lead a high-performing sales team in Victoria to achieve and exceed targets through strategic planning and execution. Contribute to major tender submissions, strategic initiatives, and business transformation activities alongside the State Service Delivery Manager. Promote a culture reflecting collaboration, customer focus, and innovation. Requires proven leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, and a valid driver's license with willingness to travel.
