VIC National Fleet Manager (Automotive/OEM)

Develop and execute Geely Australia's national fleet strategy, forecasting, and annual business plan across NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and New Zealand. Drive sales performance and profitability targets by managing pipelines for corporate, government, rental, leasing, and SME segments while developing territory business plans. Manage key customer relationships, lead tender and RFP responses, and negotiate contracts across diverse fleet segments. Collaborate with dealers, finance, and product teams to optimize stock planning, pricing, and commercial initiatives. Ensure end-to-end delivery from ordering to handover, resolve escalations, and maintain accurate CRM records. Represent Geely at industry events to strengthen brand awareness and support cross-functional projects.
