Job Summary
Support brand activations, pop-ups, and social-first campaigns by collaborating with content, design, and influencer teams to maintain cultural relevance. Conduct trend research across platforms like TikTok and Instagram, then produce moodboards, brand decks, and cultural insight reports. Manage social calendars, facilitate cross-functional creative sessions, and provide logistical support for events and partnerships. Monitor campaign performance to gather feedback for future optimization. This six-month role reports to the CEO & Shareholders within Borek Solutions' Pristina office, where you'll gain hands-on experience in building brand energy and community marketing strategy.
