Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will provide financial support and analysis for strategic projects, including forecasting and financial modeling to guide decisions. This role requires strong FP&A fundamentals, analytical capabilities, and collaboration across business functions. Responsibilities include developing detailed financial models, preparing reports, conducting financial analyses for special projects, and maintaining dashboards for financial metrics. Candidates should have experience in financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of data visualization tools. A Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting and 2+ years of relevant experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience performing ad hoc financial analysis and building complex financial models / forecasts
- Experience working with large datasets in a business or financial context
- Flexible/adaptable and team oriented
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Ability to formulate analysis results in a concise, insightful manner
Desired Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, ERP and business intelligence software systems
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Qlikview, etc
- Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail balanced with ability to think strategically
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
