Provide personal care according to facility routines based on individual customer needs and preferences. Assist with meal preparation, serving, cleaning, and laundry as required. Complete documentation and work from established care plans. Collaborate with external and internal contacts including family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. Contribute to creating a positive atmosphere during meals and organize activities to enrich the daily lives of residents. This role supports a team of 40 residents across four departments at Attendo Hemse Äldreboende, located near essential healthcare services. The position is a 70% part-time trial contract with flexible daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.
