Job Summary
Lead housekeeping operations and the breakfast division at Scandic Kista, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and world-class breakfast service with your shift leader. Motivate and develop the team to enhance working methods and service quality while adapting to changing market conditions. Manage daily operations, including planning and staffing based on business needs, and contribute to the department head group's overall responsibility for the hotel. Deliver consistent guest experiences by maintaining a clean environment and delivering exceptional breakfast quality and reception.
