Job Summary
Manage the entire bar operation at Scandic Malmen, overseeing the Cocktail Bar, Hotel Bar, and event venues to deliver a premium guest experience. Lead and develop the team by motivating staff, driving sales, and ensuring high service standards while actively planning staffing levels based on operational needs. Maintain bar relevance and activation, coordinate daily operations within the department head group, and foster a culture of trust and empowerment. Required Qualifications
- Bar Manager experience
- Relevant education and experience in the service industry
