Job Summary
Provide guidance and support to customers via Teams, phone, and email regarding the ProMeister Business System (PBS) ERP platform based on Microsoft Business Central. Assist new workshops during system implementation and deliver training sessions to clients either in person or digitally. The role requires a blend of system knowledge with accounting and financial expertise. Candidates should possess relevant experience in the automotive workshop industry or hold a degree in IT or accounting. This position is based at Helsfyr with a fixed schedule from 08:00 to 16:00.
Required Qualifications
- Utdanning innen IT eller økonomi/regnskap
- Erfaring med Microsoft Business Central
- Erfaring fra bilverksted/bilbransjen
- Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk
- Erfaring med å jobbe med teknologi og har god teknisk forståelse

- Trives både med å jobbe selvstendig og i team, og deler kunnskap aktivt
