Job Summary
Boutique Manager responsible for overseeing all boutique operations for VHERNIER in Ginza, achieving the boutique budget, and developing the sales team. Lead planning and execution of in-store and external events, analyze sales trends and customer needs, and report findings. Maintain highest service levels, handle after-sales and claims per policy, recruit and train staff, manage workloads, evaluate performance, and drive brand alignment both inside the boutique and with the Maison. Build a cohesive team, foster motivation, provide feedback and growth opportunities, and ensure consistent internal communication. Demonstrate leadership to meet boutique goals, embody the brand as a compelling ambassador, and uphold ethical standards and company rules. English/Japanese language skills are advantageous.
