Job Summary
Conduct safe medical air transportation for Med-Trans customers by working with medical experts to transport patients to and from facilities. Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per FAR and Med-Trans manuals, including cleanliness duties, while maintaining accurate MTC and regulatory documentation. Collaborate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and partners, providing shift change information per protocol. Maintain required certifications and ongoing training. This VFR position offers a starting salary of $88,759–$97,635, a 15K sign-on bonus, and a 7/7 schedule at most locations. As part of Global Medical Response's air medical care network, the role supports emergency and patient relocation services.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
