Job Summary
Coordinate patient transport to and from medical facilities while ensuring aircraft readiness, regulatory compliance, and precise documentation. Collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, and partners to maintain accurate MTC records and shift change protocols. Maintain required certifications and ongoing training to support safe medical air services. This VFR helicopter role offers a 7/7 schedule at most locations with a starting salary of $88,759–$97,635, plus a 15K sign-on bonus, 40K retention bonus after three years, and on-duty housing. As part of Global Medical Response's air medical care network, you will deliver compassionate emergency and patient relocation services.
Required Qualifications
- Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
- Helicopter instrument rating
- Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
- 2,000 Total Flight Hours
- 1,500 Helicopter Hours
- 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
- 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours
- 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided)
