Job Summary

Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, procedures, and surgeries while providing compassionate nursing care to patients. Safely handle and restrain patients, obtain vital signs and histories, and prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as directed. Perform venipuncture, sample collection, and other technical procedures, including digital and dental radiography, and support surgical and dental procedures from preparation through recovery. Maintain accurate medical records, educate clients on medications and preventive care, and keep treatment areas clean and well-stocked. Collaborate with doctors and teammates to deliver exceptional patient and client care in a modern hospital featuring integrative medicine options like acupuncture and herbal therapy.
