Job Summary
Collaborate with team members across ER, ICU, Surgery, and specialty departments to facilitate communication of ideas, policies, and performance standards. Coach associates based on individual needs to support success, provide feedback, and collaborate on performance improvement plans. Guide career development through VTNE and licensure support while maintaining skill efficiency and knowledge. Some regional travel is required. Potential schedule includes M-F with some weekends.
