Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Veterinary Technician Supervisor leading and mentoring a team of veterinary professionals in a dynamic emergency/specialty hospital environment. Responsible for coaching team members, organizing training schedules for Technician staff, facilitating staff meetings, identifying conflicts and resolving them, providing performance feedback, and developing performance improvement plans. Strong emphasis on excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with advanced veterinary skills and a commitment to staff development and leadership growth. Eligible applicants must have unrestricted work authorization in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available for this role. The position is a full-time role within BluePearl’s national network of specialty and emergency pet hospitals, with a focus on mentoring, training, and advancing clinical excellence.
