Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Lead and supervise the veterinary technician team to deliver high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include anesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation and assisting, dentistry, radiology, laboratory work, venipuncture, catheter placement, pharmacy support, and patient recovery. Mentor technicians, assist in interviewing and scheduling, and help develop and implement protocols in collaboration with department doctors to improve service. Build a positive, low-stress client and patient experience while supporting professional development and continuing education for the veterinary team.
