Job Summary
Provide clinical support to veterinarians in urgent care and general practice: assist with surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, treatments, and diagnostics; perform blood draws, lab work, IV catheter placement, radiographs, medication administration, wound care, and client education; maintain accurate digital records with AI scribe support; assist with clinic operations and contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment; requires Colorado RVT license and 1+ year of veterinary technician experience; shifts are 10–12 hours with no overnights; compensation is $26–$29/hour plus holiday pay; benefits include licensure reimbursement, CE, pet perks, health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, parental leave, and on-site culture at Sploot.
Required Qualifications
- RVT — Current Veterinary Technician License in the state of Colorado
- 1+ year of vet tech experience; emergency or urgent care is a plus but not required
