Job Summary
Utilize digital radiology, ultrasound, CT, and fluoroscopy modalities for patient assessment. Monitor and recover sedated patients for diagnostics and procedures while delivering nursing care that prioritizes patient comfort and safety. Communicate effectively with the veterinary team to ensure outstanding outcomes in a fast-paced Level 1 emergency and critical care environment. This full-time role offers multiple schedule options, including four 9-hour shifts from 2pm to 11pm or 3pm to 12am, with compensation ranging from $23 to $30 per hour based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One to two years of experience in a veterinary setting
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with the veterinary team
