Job Summary
Assist in surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring while performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics. Educate pet parents with compassion and clarity, ensure accurate medical documentation, and promote low-stress, Fear-Free techniques in every interaction. Mentor assistants and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence within the medical team. Requires a licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in Georgia with 3+ years of hands-on clinical experience. Paid holidays include no on-call or overnight shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in the state of Georgia
- Confident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow
