Job Summary
Assist in surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring while performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics. Educate pet parents with compassion and clarity, ensure accurate medical documentation, and promote low-stress, Fear-Free techniques in every interaction. Mentor assistants and foster a culture of teamwork and excellence within the medical team. This role requires a Licensed Veterinary Technician in Indiana with 3+ years of clinical experience, offering full utilization, modern digital workflows, and support for Fear-Free certification.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in the state of Indiana
- Confident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Committed to low-stress, Fear-Free handling
- Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow
