Job Summary
Be the backbone of patient care: collect diagnostic samples, place catheters, perform venipuncture, support dentistry and imaging. Assist veterinarians during exams, procedures, and surgery to keep care seamless and patient-focused. Advocate for patients and help clients feel informed and confident in their pet’s care plan. Share knowledge with teammates and contribute to a strong, supportive tech team. Expect a collaborative environment where growth is encouraged and professional development is valued.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in small animal veterinary practice preferred
- 2+ years in small animal practice preferred
- Proficiency in anesthesia monitoring, radiography, and lab work potentially desired
- Ability to lift/restrain pets up to ~40 lbs
