Veterinary Technician - Ophthalmology

Ophthalmology Technician in Garden State Veterinary Services (Woodbridge, NJ) performing essential veterinary technician duties in the Ophthalmology department. Responsibilities include assisting with ophthalmologic exams, obtaining and preparing samples for diagnostic testing, properly using and maintaining operating room equipment, providing professional client communication, and assisting in anesthetic and sedated ophthalmic procedures/surgery. Must be a certified technician (preferred) or have at least 2 years of veterinary experience; strong teamwork, problem-solving, and compassionate client/patient care are required. Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 7:30am–6pm.
