Veterinary Technician Manager

Lead and mentor a team of veterinary professionals as Veterinary Technician Manager. Demonstrates advanced veterinary skills, trains staff, and serves as a subject-matter expert on daily operations, patient care, and skill development. Builds strong relationships with hospital leadership to ensure understood and delivered standards of care; coaches staff to foster high performance and productivity; facilitates effective communication about new ideas, protocol changes, and policy updates. Drives process improvements and coordinates ongoing training with the Technician Training Manager; supports performance management and disciplinary recommendations; contributes to a collaborative, learning-focused hospital culture.
