Job Summary
Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery while safely handling and restraining animals with compassion. Perform technical duties including lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement, and maintain accurate medical records for medication dispensing. Communicate clearly with clients regarding care instructions and status updates, and ensure exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment remain clean and stocked. Follow hospital, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times. Required Qualifications
- Certified Veterinary Technician in Illinois
