Job Summary
Partner with DVMs on patient assessments, diagnostics, and procedures while performing anesthetic monitoring, including intubation and extubation. Accurately obtain blood samples, process radiographs, and oversee outpatient and inpatient imaging schedules. Assist Advanced Imaging Technicians with high-quality MRI and CT studies, troubleshooting equipment as needed. Produce diagnostic images promptly while practicing proper radiation safety and maintaining effective communication with clients and specialists. Participate in the on-call rotation to support patient care during department downtime. Requires 3+ years of veterinary experience, proficiency in anesthetic monitoring, and radiographic techniques.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 year of experience working as a Veterinary Technician or Assistant in an animal hospital setting
- Comprehensive understanding and experience with anesthetic monitoring
- Proficiency in processing basic laboratory specimens
- Working knowledge of radiographic techniques
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment

Desired Qualifications
- Recent graduates with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Technology
