Job Summary
Assist veterinarians with routine general practice procedures including exams, diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, lab work, venipuncture, and catheter placement. Support surgical cases such as spay/neuter and mass removals while managing patient intake, client communication, and education on treatments. Help coordinate patient flow and appointments in a fast-paced setting and collaborate with the team to shape workflows and best practices. This role begins in a newly built GP facility featuring onsite CBC, chemistries, cytologies, digital radiography, and ultrasound. The position offers a flexible four-day schedule from 7:30am to 6pm starting September 2026, with potential for weekend coverage as the clinic expands.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/Credentialed veterinary technician
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in small animal practice including surgery
- Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable using practice management software and diagnostic equipment
- Demonstrates compassion, teamwork, initiative, and respect
- No weekends or major holidays
- Flexible 4-day schedule to start, set schedule of Monday - Thursday (7:30am to 6pm) schedule as of September 2026
