Job Summary
Assist veterinarians with routine general practice procedures including exams, diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, lab work, venipuncture, and catheter placement. Support surgical cases such as spay/neuter and mass removals while managing patient flow, appointment coordination, and client communication. Collaborate with the GP team to shape workflows and best practices in this newly built facility featuring onsite diagnostics and ultrasound. Full-time role with a flexible 4-day schedule (Monday-Thursday, 7:30am to 6pm) starting September 2026, with potential for weekend coverage during growth. Required Qualifications
- Licensed/Credentialed veterinary technician
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in small animal practice including surgery
- Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable using practice management software and diagnostic equipment
- Demonstrates compassion, teamwork, initiative, and respect
- No weekends or major holidays
- Flexible 4-day schedule to start, set schedule of Monday - Thursday (7:30am to 6pm) schedule as of September 2026
- Potential for schedule change or start time change in future, or weekend day with growth
