Job Summary
Assist veterinarians with routine general practice procedures including exams, diagnostics, anesthesia monitoring, lab work, venipuncture, and catheter placement. Support surgeries such as spay/neuter and mass removals while managing patient flow, appointment coordination, and client communication. Collaborate with the GP team to shape workflows and best practices in a newly built facility equipped with onsite CBC, chemistries, cytologies, digital radiography, and ultrasound. This full-time role offers a flexible Monday-Thursday schedule from 7:30am to 6pm, with a pay range of $28 to $32 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed/Credentialed veterinary technician
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in small animal practice including surgery
- Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
- Comfortable using practice management software and diagnostic equipment
- Demonstrates compassion, teamwork, initiative, and respect
- No weekends or major holidays
- Flexible 4-day schedule to start, set schedule of Monday - Thursday (7:30am to 6pm) schedule as of September 2026
- Potential for schedule change or start time change in future, or weekend day with growth
