Job Summary
CVT or experienced Veterinary Technician sought for hands-on clinical role in a high-quality general practice. Responsibilities include patient care and nursing, anesthesia induction/monitoring and post-operative recovery, surgical support and patient positioning, in-house diagnostics (bloodwork, urinalysis, cytology), radiographs/imaging, exotic animal handling, client education, and maintaining medical records and hospital operations. Opportunities for growth into leadership or specialty pathways within Innovetive Petcare; $1,000 sign-on bonus for CVTs with surgery/anesthesia experience; onsite, full-time role in Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) or Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout shifts
- Ability to lift and restrain animals up to 50 lbs
- Manual dexterity for clinical and surgical tasks
- 1+ year of veterinary technician experience preferred
- Experience in anesthesia and surgery support
- Exotic animal experience or interest preferred
