Veterinary Technician - Cardiology

Job Summary
As a Veterinary Cardiology Technician, you will support advanced cardiac diagnostics, anesthesia procedures, and long-term cardiac care, including echocardiograms, ECG monitoring, and Holter data collection, while collaborating with cardiologists, emergency clinicians, and nursing teams to provide high-level patient care and client education. You will assist with cardiology consultations, patient evaluations, anesthesia induction and monitoring, and maintain accurate medical records and treatment documentation in a fast-paced specialty hospital environment. Opportunities for ongoing professional development, pursuing VTS in Internal Medicine, ECC, or Anesthesia and Analgesia, and mentorship from board-certified specialists are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting specialty, emergency, ICU, or advanced general practice medicine
- Strong interest in cardiac medicine and physiology
- Thrive in a detail-oriented environment where precision matters
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) or RVT preferred
- Cardiology-related experience preferred
- CPR certification preferred
