Job Summary
Support our 24/7 Emergency & Critical Care service by providing care, diagnostics and treatments for our patients. Responsibilities include compassionate patient care, client education and care, gentle and safe veterinary handling, lab sample collection and processing, pharmacy and medication administration, diagnostic imaging, surgical preparation and assisting, and meticulous medical recordkeeping. The role is based in Chattanooga, TN, with a full-time shift (evenings) and compensation in the $20-$24/hr range plus an overnight differential. Our team works across specialties including diagnostic imaging, surgery, rehabilitation, internal medicine, and 24/7 emergency services, and emphasizes world-class medicine and hometown care.
Required Qualifications
- Credentialed Veterinary Technician
- Proficient in veterinary assisting duties
- One or more years of veterinary assisting experience
- Available to work some weekends
