Veterinary Technician

veterinary technician/assistant role in Austin, TX. Responsibilities include assisting with venipuncture, catheter placement, radiology, anesthesia monitoring, surgical preparation and assistance, dentistry, laboratory work, pharmacy, and patient recovery. Maintain medical records, take detailed medical histories and vitals, restrain and assist in exams, fill prescriptions where allowed, provide compassionate care, and contribute to a positive, low-stress client experience. Maintain a clean, safe hospital environment and support Doctor and Technician teams. 4x10-hour schedule with Saturdays; full-time and part-time positions available.
