Job Summary
Conduct animal examinations, interviews, and diagnostics including laboratory tests, imaging, and vital signs collection. Administer medications, vaccines, and anesthesia while bandaging wounds, placing catheters, and preparing surgical instruments. Maintain sterile conditions by sterilizing instruments, sanitizing operating areas, and verifying medication shelf life. Feed and care for animals, maintain supplies, and keep records. Explain animal status to owners and clean cages and equipment. Ensure a safe, secure, healthy, and humane environment by complying with legal regulations.
