Job Summary
Experienced Veterinary Surgical Scrub Technician Assistant needed to support pre-op, intra-op, and post-op tasks in the Surgery Department at Eastern Carolina Veterinary Medical Center. You will work side-by-side with Board-C-certified Surgeons and Anesthesiologist, assisting with surgical prep, intraoperative support, and postoperative care and cleanup. The role emphasizes aseptic technique, efficient prep/turnover of surgical suites, and strong communication with clients and team. Requires at least 2 years of veterinary experience, fluent English, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Full-time schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with overtime and on-call opportunities. Required Qualifications
