Job Summary
Experienced Veterinary Surgical Instrument Sterilization Technician who will oversee the sterilization, maintenance, and organized storage of all surgical instruments in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include safely cleaning, sterilizing, and organizing instruments; ensuring proper storage and readiness for use; maintaining strict safety and hygiene protocols; collaborating with surgeons and veterinary staff to uphold high standards of patient care; and contributing to a calm, efficient surgical environment. The role emphasizes behind-the-scenes support with leadership and teamwork to enhance surgical procedure safety and efficiency. Schedule is full-time (40 hours/week) with competitive hourly compensation of $18.00-$21.00 based on experience.
