Job Summary
Experienced veterinary surgeon sought to join a community-focused veterinary hospital with an emphasis on orthopedic and other intensive surgeries. Boarded surgeon preferred, but residency-trained surgeons are considered; strong experience and a love for orthopedics are required. The role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity to help grow the orthopedic surgery capacity within a state-of-the-art facility equipped for avian care. Eligible candidates may choose between ProSal or base salary, with a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Required Qualifications
- Experience as a veterinary surgeon with orthopedics emphasis
- Residency training or boarded surgeon would be a huge plus
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit willing to help grow the practice
- Ability to work in a state-of-the-art facility with AVMA/MVMA memberships and required licensures
- Licensed to practice veterinary medicine with DEA licensure considerations
- Professional development support including CE allowance and licensure reimbursements
